BUBC Senior Squad Training Schedule 

This is a typical training schedule for both men and women. Coaches will publish full training schedules on the squad Facebook pages. Squad coaches can vary the work load to suit the progress of their squads and individualise the training. The morning water work on Wednesday and Friday will alternate between the men and women and only take place when there is suitable light. All morning water sessions start at 6.30am. Training should be phased in a heavy, medium and light weeks to enable recovery.
