

Jonathon Carr-Brown started his rowing career at Durham City ARC, then was Captain of St Cuthbert's Society Rowing Club, a college at Durham University, and rowed in the first college crew in modern times to beat Durham University's 1st VIII (1993) in a straight head to head sprint at Durham Regatta. He was Captain of Boats at Durham University and then rowed lightweight at elite level for London Rowing Club. He started coaching at BUBC in 2012.

Rob Morgan, is a GB coach. His crews have one 72 medals at international level including an Olympic silver He's widely regarded as one of the best technical coaches in the game. He learnt to row at St Cuthbert's Society, a college of Durham University. Then rowed for Durham University and Upper Thames where he had several reached the finals of the Thames and Wyfold Challenge Cups at Henley. Before become a GB coach he coached at Pangbourne School, Bristol and Reading University.

Holly Airbright rowed at Reading University and is currently in Molsey's Senior Women's squad. She's coached for Reading Rowing Club, Hereford Rowing Club, Welsh Rowing, St Edward's School, Canford School and is currently a biology teacher and coach at Lady Eleanor Holles School.
